Crudites On Ice

As the devoted wife of a “vegan” (we use the term loosely given how extra delicious items tend to make the cut) I had to mourn the loss of my cheese and charcuterie taking center stage on my boards. Aesthetics are important and of course one of my favorite places in Los Angeles, Hotel Bel-Air, has mastered the art of presentation along with the demand of health conscious eaters with this beautiful display I am now attempting to recreate!

It’s extremely simple to make, well maybe not for Kendall Jenner, as it only requires cutting the most beautiful veggies you can find and setting them on ice. You can add dips if you’d like in small dishes along with the veggies or on the side; my favorites are garlic dip or hummus but you can imagine the multitude of (particularly pre-made) possibilities! Regardless you will be offering something much more appetizing than a plastic tray from the market! Perfect foe the holidays or anytime! Cheers, Xx.
