As promised, some more notable magazine covers. Some new, some old, and of course, all remarkably chic…

What makes this image so powerful, is the balance between every element. The color, fashion and look are all very bold, yet all equally relevant. In other words, it’s a “good fit” and really sends a message to me, that Emily Blunt is strong, sharp, and stylish…

[twiggy via kute clothes blog]

This cover of Twiggy for Paris Vogue is innocent with the butterflies and white crochet sweater, its not as fashion forward as most Vogue covers tend to be, and her expression is soft and sweet; how serene?

This cover is not only on my blog but also on my bed tray, waiting to be discovered. I was attracted to this cover at the drug store, because the Scarlett I see here is unlike any other actress, but is rather reminiscent of my beloved Botticelli paintings…

Overall she is simply one of kind at what she does and never appears to be in competition with anyone…for me this cover portrays exactly that…

She wears red well and of course the camera loves her. The frilly dress gives a welcomed contrast to her intelligently intense glare, I love meaningful poses and this one has power…just like Sasha Fierce…
