Pleats like these make nice for work-wear and once again J. Crew is on top of my favorite color-blocking trend, well done…especially blue and pink, they go well together...

I absolutely love this look (above), the pattern is beautiful and the shoes compliment the dress/suit very well…

I am not big on head-to-toe floral patterns, however I would wear them separately, especially the top with a bold necklace…
