Call me crazy, but I appreciate incorporating fashion into every outlet of life, including exercise…good style requires looking effortless, and what should look more effortless then what you wear to the gym?
A few weeks ago I finally acted on my new years resolution and joined a local gym in Brentwood and therefore have been adding more leggings, hoodies, and tissue tees to my wardrobe; here is some noteworthy gym style from some in shape and in style celebrities…Lauren Conrad looks cute and comfy in a pink hoodie, Nicole Richie embraces the Free City brand, which is kind of like the LA version of what the rest of America considers Victoria’s Secret Pink, and Reese Witherspoon is bright and bubbly in purple…love the pop of color with black leggings…
